We created a Mixed Reality experience designed to impress from the very first second. The user starts inside a drill rig, experiences the limitations of the job, and is then transported to FLANDER’s remote control cabin, where everything changes: precision, safety, and efficiency at the highest level. With real interaction, 3D graphics, immersive effects, and engaging storytelling, the experience clearly and emotionally shows why autonomous operation is the future of mining.
FLANDER needed a powerful experience that explained, without unnecessary technicalities, the risks of traditional drilling and how its autonomous system eliminates them. We had to convey critical concepts in a visual and memorable way:
• The danger of drilling near the edge of the slope.
• The operator’s constant exposure to noise, vibration, and physical risk.
• The limitations of manual control in adverse environments.
The client also wanted to show the actual drilling performance, with daily progress, progress per drill, and user interaction in the sequence, movement, and drilling order to demonstrate the tangible impact of its technology.
The experience achieved exactly what FLANDER needed: to convince through experience. Visitors understand traditional risks because they feel them, and they appreciate the benefits of autonomy because they see them in action. Complete safety, greater precision, continuous operation, and intelligent data-driven decisions are presented in a dynamic and immersive way.
The result is an experience that not only informs, but also makes an impact, sparks interest, and opens up high-value business conversations.
